Do you want to be in a kind, fun environment with like-minded people?
If you said yes, this is the class for you! For many years, I have wanted to develop a class for people who want to improve their movement health in a smart informed way. This class is designed for those who may be older, in larger bodies, want to exercise in a smart informed way, never considered themselves athletic, have difficulty exercising on their own, or need guidance for their next physical endeavor.
The class will consist of exercises and movement to improve movement health. We will work on strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance and mind/body connection. Some exercises and movements may be familiar and others will be drawn from therapeutic approaches. A mind/body approach will be incorporated to enhance our movement health.
Movement games will also be incorporated for integrating skills and fun! All activities can and will be adjusted for each individual’s needs.
Start the new year by giving to yourself and come join us!
