Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide me with 24-hours notice by leaving me a telephone message, text or email.  If an appointment is canceled or missed without 24-hours notice, I will bill you the full fee for the session.  Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

Sessions will not be extended for lateness and the full fee amount will be billed for the session, even if a phone call communicating that the client will be late is made within or less than 24 hours notice.

 For ongoing clients: if frequent cancelations by the client takes place even with 24 hour notification, I reserve the right to no longer hold your appointment time.  If you feel that you may have cause to miss appointments for an extended period of time (i.e. vacation, medical issues, summer camp, etc.), please notify me as soon as possible.
